Two different kinds of space
Jagex distinguishes The Hub, where players may build, from the Raid area, where building is disabled. That difference matters before you carry construction materials into a fight. Establish and manage a working base where building is permitted; do not rely on placing emergency structures inside the raid.
The 1.0 update also added Regicide as the Scorned Wilderness quest and introduced Kuldra, the God-Eater, as the end-game boss. The release notes name new enemy types across the update, including Black Dragons and several goblin, Garou, undead and knight variants. They do not provide a complete room-by-room raid route in the source used here.
How to prepare without guessing a build
Use the 1.0 gear overview to identify officially announced Rune, Black Dragonhide and Ancestral equipment. If you are returning after an older patch, read the 1.0 changes because movement, parrying, special attacks and spell use were updated along with the new area.
This page intentionally does not give Kuldra’s health, attack pattern, drop probabilities or a claimed “best” loadout. The official launch notes identify the encounter and some rewards, but those extra details need separately verified gameplay evidence before they become a reliable boss guide. Use the in-game quest log for the next objective and the current game version for combat behavior.
